心理护理干预对86例消化内镜检查患者焦虑情绪的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对消化内镜检查患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法将86例进行消化内镜检查的患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组43例,两组患者均采用消化内镜常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施心理护理干预。结果两组被试焦虑值均有所下降,但观察组改善情况明显优于对照组（t=3．415,P〈0．05）。检查期间观察组SBP、HR与对照组相比有显著差异性（t=3．745,3．528;P〈0．05）,而检查期间两组患者的DBP比较差别无统计学意义。观察组大部分患者心理指标为无反应或轻度反应（74．42％）,而对照组仅为41．86％,两组差另0有统计学意义（X2=5．287,P〈0．05）。结论消化内镜检查中实施护理干预,可调动患者积极的心理、行为应对能力,使患者的焦虑情绪减轻,以提高消化内镜检查的成功率。

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Anxiety of 86 Endoscopy Patients

Objective To discuss the clinical value of psychology nursing intervention on mLxiety of endoscopy patients. Methods A total of 86 endoscopy patients were divided into observing group and control group randomly who were the patients in our hospital dur- ing the time between January,2012 and October,2012. Each group had 43 patients. Both two groups adopted traditional endoscopy nurs- ing, and based on this, we also adopted the nursing intervention to the observation group. Results The average anxiety scores of these two groups had been improved obviously, but the condition of observation group was better than control group （ t = 3.415, P 〈 0.05 ）. Dur- ing the inspection, SBP and HR were significantly different comparing to control group （ t = 3. 745,3. 528 ; P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference in DBP between two groups （ t = O. 316, P 〉 O. 05 ）. Most mental index of patients in observation group were adiapho- ria or mild response （74.42%）, while the control group was merely 41.86%, the difference had ＇ ＂ 2 significance （X = 5. 287, P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention during the endoscopy inspection can cause patients＂ positive mentality, copiqg capacity, and can relieve patients＇ stress reaction, and promote the endoscopy inspection success rate.
