美沙酮维持治疗者社会支持和自我控制能力的关系

目的：调查美沙酮维持治疗者社会支持状况和自我控制能力的情况，分析美沙酮维持治疗者社会支持和自我控制能力的关系。方法：采用社会支持量表和吸毒者自我控制能力量表对226名美沙酮维持治疗者进行问卷调查。结果：男性美沙酮维持治疗者在社会支持总分、客观支持以及对支持的利用度上显著高于女性，而在自我控制能力上没有性别差异；不同文化程度的美沙酮维持治疗者在主观控制和行为执行性上存在显著差异；社会支持和自我控制能力存在部分相关。结论：美沙酮维持治疗者社会支持和自我控制能力存在一定的相关关系，二者的关系并不单一，平衡其主观支持水平和客观支持水平才能更好的提高自我控制能力。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOCIAL SUPPORT AND SELF -CONTROL OF PATIENTS IN METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT

Objective：To survey the status of social support and self - control among patients in methadone maintenance treatment clinics, and analyze the relationship between them. Methods：Two hundred and twenty six patients in methadone maintenance treatment were investigated using Social Support Scale and Drug Addicts Self- Control Scale. Results ： Male methadone maintenance treatment in social support, objective support and utilization of support were significantly higher than women, but no gender difference in the ability of self - control; there were significant differences in subjective control and behavior of the execution of different cultural levels among patients in methadone maintenance treatment; there exist correlation in social support and self- control. Conclusion：There is a correlation between social support and self - control among patients in methadone maintenance treatment, in order to improve their ability of self - control behavior we should balance the level of subjective and objective support.
