海洛因和甲基苯丙胺依赖者自然戒断期免疫功能的研究

目的：通过测量自然戒断两周和半年后戒毒者外周血免疫球蛋白（IgA、IsG、IgM）、补体（c3、C4）及转化生长因子（TGF）-β水平来评价机体的免疫功能。方法：采集戒断两周和半年戒毒者血液各50例，分别采用散射比浊法和ELISA法测定外周血IgA、IsG、IgM、C3、C4和TGF—β含量，并与30例健康体检者（对照组）进行比较。结果：与对照组相比，戒断两周组]gM含量显著增高，IgG、C3含量显著降低，C4未见显著性差异。而戒断半年组IsG、C3、c4含量与对照组相比显著降低，TGF—β含量显著增高，且C4、TGF—β含量低于两周组。Isa各组间未见显著性差异。结论：海洛因和甲基苯丙胺依赖者免疫功能受损，自然戒断半年后有些指标逐渐恢复正常。

THE INVESTIGATION OF IMMUNE FUNCTION OF HEROIN AND METHAMPHETAMINE ABUSERS DURING NATURAL DETOXIFICATION

Objective：To evaluate the immune function by detecting the serum immunoglobulin, complement and transforming growth factor （TGF） - β in drug addicts with two weeks and six months natural detoxification. Methods：One hundred thirty peripheral blood samples were collected,including 50 cases with two weeks natural detoxification, 50 cases with six months detoxification and 30 normal controls. The immunoglobulin （ IgA, IgG, IgM）, complement （ C3, C4） were detected by Nephelometry and TGF- 13 was detected by ELISA. Results： Compared with controls, IgM levels in two weeks natural detoxification group were significantly increased, while the levels of IgG and C3 were obviously decreased, and no significant difference was found in C4 levels between them. The titers of IgG, C3 and C4 in six months natural detoxification group were much lower than that in control group, while TGF - β levels were evidently increased. Additionally,the levels of C4 and TGF - β in six months natural detoxification group were notably lower than that in two weeks group. Finally, the titers of IgA were no significant difference among the groups. Conclusion：The immnue function of drug abusers was impaired, by which indicators may gradually returned to normal after natural detoxification of six months.
