371例美沙酮维持治疗门诊病人艾滋病相关知识培训效果分析

目的：了解美沙酮维持治疗门诊病人培训前后艾滋病相关知识知晓率，为开展病人的艾滋病相关知识干预模式提供依据。方法：采用统一调查问卷，由美沙酮维持治疗门诊专业人员对收治的病人人组前和人组时接受艾滋病相关知识培训后的知晓情况进行调查。所有资料录入Excle数据库，用SPSS19．0进行统计分析。结果：共调查371例病人，平均年龄为34a±s6．0a，其中男性335人（占90．3％）。入组前吸毒人员对艾滋病相关知识知晓率不高，10个问题中回答正确率最高为59．8％，最低32．0％，其中知晓艾滋病3种传播途径的相对较高（56．1％-59．8％）。培训后知晓率明显提高，最高为100％，最低为72．0％，艾滋病3种传播途径知晓率提高到89．5％-100％。结论：美沙酮维持治疗病人在入组前的艾滋病相关知识知晓率严重偏低，利用美沙酮维持治疗平台进行培训，是提高吸毒人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率、降低艾滋病在高危人群中传播的重要措施。

EVALUATION ANALYSIS ON TRAINING ABOUT HIV/AIDS KNOWLEDGE AMONG 371 PATIENTS RECEIVING METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT

Objective：To understand awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge of the patients in methadone maintenance treatment clinic, to offer scientific foundation for AIDS intervention. Methods： Using uniform questionnaire, the patients in methadone maintenance treatment clinic were investigated the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge before and after training by medical staff. All data were entered into Excel database, and were analysed by SPSS19.0. Results ：Totally, 371 cases of patients are included, with an average age of 34 a ±s 6. 0 a, including 335 men （90.3%）. The awareness of HIV/ AIDS related knowledge before training among drug addicts is not high, the accuracy rates were averaged 59.8% in the 10 questions, the lowest is 32. 0%, the awareness rates of transmissions of HIV/AIDS range （56. 1% - 59.8% ）. Awareness was improved significantly after training, the highest is 100%, and the lowest is 72. 0%, to the three transmissions of HIV/AIDS awareness rises up to 89.5% - 100%. Conclusion.： The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was low in drug addicts, methadone maintenance treatment clinic is an important platform to improve the drug addicts＇ HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness and further to reduce the spread of AIDS in high - risk groups.
