中西医结合对复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者阴道局部细胞免疫功能的影响

目的：探讨复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（ RVVC）的免疫学发病机理，寻找有效的治疗方法。方法：选择门诊确诊为RVVC患者100例，随机分为A组中西医结合组58例， B组西药组42例； C组另选正常体检的女性30例作为正常对照组。 A、 B、 C 3组均取阴道灌洗液，采用流式细胞学方法测定CD4＋、 CD8＋。结果： A组治愈率为约81％， B组治愈率约69％。 A、 B两组治疗前CD4＋、 CD8＋、 CD4/CD8与C组比较P ＜0.01，差异有非常显著性， A组治疗前后比较各项指标均为P ＜0.01，差异有非常显著性， B组CD4＋治疗前后比较P ＜0.01，差异有非常显著性， CD8＋、 CD4/CD8治疗前后比较P ＞0.05，差异无显著性。 A组治疗后CD8＋、 CD4/CD8与C组比较P ＞0.05，差异无显著性。结论：中西医结合治疗RVVC可明显改善阴道局部细胞免疫功能，从而达到有效控制感染，防止复发的效果。

Effect of Integrated TCM-WM on Vagina Local Cellular Immune Function in Patients with RVVC

Objective： to explore the immunologic pathologic mechanism of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis （ RVVC） and to seek effective therapeutic methods.Methods：100 cases with RVVC diagnosed clinically were randomly divided into group A （ integra-tion of TCM-WM group, 58 cases）, group B （western medicine group, 42 cases） and group C （control group, 30 cases） .CD4 ＋and CD8 ＋were detected with fluid-based cytology in vaginal douche from the three groups.Results：The recovery rate was 81%in group A and 69%in group B.CD4 ＋, CD8＋and CD4/CD8 in group A and B before treatment were significantly different from those in group C （ P 〈0.01 ）;there was significant difference between all the indexes in group A before and after treatment （ P 〈0.01 ）;CD4 ＋in group B was significantly different before and after treatment （ P 〈0.01 ）; CD8 ＋and CD4/CD8 had no difference before and after treatment （ P 〉0.05 ） , neither did CD8 ＋and CD4/CD8 in group A after treatment compared to group C （ P 〉0.05 ） .Conclusion：Integrated TCM-WM can obviously improve the immune function of vagina local cellular in treating RVVC so to effectively control the infection and prevent the recurrence.
