| 摘 要： | 目的近年来关于血管性痴呆(Vascular dementia,VD)动物模型主要有大脑中动脉梗塞(MCAO)、多发性脑梗塞、四血管阻断、双侧颈总动脉结扎、脑缺血再灌注等,相关检测指标多集中于中药对VD模型大、小鼠行为学、脑组织形态学、神经生化、脑神经细胞凋亡、脑血液流变等指标的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective The animal model of Vascular Dementia(VD) are made mainly by the following blocking the middle cerebral artery,multi-infarction,blocking the 4 blood vessels,ligating bilateral carotids,ischemia-reperfusion in recent ears.The observation is focused on the effect of TCM on behavior,cerebral histomorphology,nerve and biochemical and cerebral blood flow of the VD models of mice and rats. |
