| 摘 要： | 在胆石病的研究中常需分析胆汁脂类和色素成分。本文叙述一个改良的薄层层折和定量扫描方法。展开剂乙醚和正庚烷(55:45,V/V)分离胆汁胆固醇:展开剂氯仿、甲醇、冰醋酸和水(65:20:10:5,V/V)分离结合胆汁酸和卵磷脂;氯仿和氯仿、甲醇、水(10:5:1,V/V)两次展开分离胆红素,双波长薄层色谱扫描仪扫描。本法操作简化,分离效率提高。

| Abstract: | An improved and simpler method for quantitative determination of three bile lipid components and bilirubins is described. These components are separated by thin-layer chromatography on silica gel plates and estimated by direct densitometry using dual-wavelength chromatoscanner. The factors influencing the separation of spots and the precision of densitometric method are discussed. |
