摘    要:目的 了解本地区肺部感染病原菌及耐药性。方法 对本院2002年以来内科住院的肺部感染性疾病的标本分离培养,用API细菌鉴定仪鉴定,用相应的ATB药敏试条进行药敏试验。结果 痰标本中分离出细菌1314株,革兰氏阴性菌为主要病原菌;分离频率居前四位的依次为铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌,金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌;革兰氏阳性球菌中检出耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌占40.8%;肠杆菌科细菌除对亚胺培南保持较好的敏感外,其余细菌均已产生了较高的耐药性。结论 肺部感染性疾病诊断必须做好病原菌及耐药性检测,及时指导临床医师合理用药。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pathogenic bacteria and their characters of drug resistance to antibiotics of local population lung infection. Methods Samples from lung infection from 2002 in our medicine ward was isolated, identified by API and drug-sensitivity was test with ATB-test paper. Results 1 314 strains of bacteria were isolated from sputum samples. The gram-negative bacilli were the main pathogenetic bacteria. The 4 anterior pathogenetic bacteria in turn by isolated frequency were P. aeruginosa,candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae.40.8% of the gram-positive cocci were staphylococcus aureus which were resistant to methicillin.The other bacteria had high resistance rate to antibiotics except enterobacteriaceae to imipenem. Conclusion Survey of pathegenic bacteria and resistance rate of antibiotics in diagnosis of lung infection is necessary and may refer to the choice of antibiotics with reason in clinic in time.
