医院人事信息管理系统的开发及应用

本系统以荆州市第一人民医院人事信息管理和工作流程为背景,从系统的业务流程和需求出发,采用Client/Middleware/Server体系结构,PowerBuilder9.0编程语言以及SQLSERVER2000数据库技术,设计出“医院人事信息管理系统”。其包含了医院人事管理各个方面的工作,主要由科室考勤管理子系统、人力资源管理子系统、职工工资管理子系统、系统与HIS系统接口管理子系统等四大子系统构成。

Design and application of the hospital manpower''''s information management system

This system is based on the manpower's information management and work procedure of the first people's hospital of Jingzhou city. We designed the "Hospital Manpower's Information Management System" from professional process and requirement of system using system structure of Client/Middleware/Server,programme language of PowerBuilder 9.0 and database technique of SQL SERVER 2000.This system includes all kinds of work about hospital manpower management, mostly consists of department attendance management subsystem,manpower resource management subsystem, employee pay management subsystem and interface management subsystem with HIS system.
