大孔吸附树脂分离纯化龙须藤总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究AB-8大孔树脂分离纯化龙须藤黄酮的工艺条件。方法通过静态吸附-解吸附实验筛选最佳大孔树脂,并以总黄酮含量为考核指标,采用L9(3^4)正交试验法对影响AB-8大孔树脂分离纯化龙须藤黄酮的因素进行考察,确定最佳工艺条件。结果最佳工艺条件为:采用AB-8型大孔树脂,取龙须藤黄酮提取液(含生药0.5g/mL)上样,树脂用量为4倍生药量,洗脱剂采用体积分数50%乙醇,用量为16倍生药量。结论该工艺条件科学合理,可有效地用于龙须藤黄酮的分离富集。
