川芎嗪口服微乳对小鼠脑缺血再灌注保护作用研究

摘    要:目的研究口服川芎嗪微乳对小鼠脑缺血再灌注保护作用。方法用小鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭缺血再灌注模型,考察川芎嗪微乳对缺血再灌注后脑组织内NO、MDA、SOD的含量的影响。结果实验表明其能显著降低缺血再灌注后脑内NO、MDA的含量,提高SOD的活力。结论川芎嗪口服微乳对脑缺血再灌注有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:objective TO study the protective effects of TMP microemulsion (TMP ME) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice. Methods Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion models were established by clamping both common carotid arteries in mice. The level of MDA, SOD, NO in cerebral tissue were tested. Results The level of MDA and NO in cerebral tissue was reduced, the activities of SOD in cerebral tissue was elevated. Conclusion The TMP ME has the effects of protecting the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
