| 摘 要： | 结节性痒疹为一病因未明的慢性瘙痒性发疹性皮肤病.其特点为突出于皮面的角化过度的丘疹、结节,剧烈瘙痒,呈对称性分布.此病顽固,影响患者心身健康,其发病机制不明确.目前关于病因与发病机制的研究显示,结节性痒疹和精神因素密切相关,降钙素基因相关肽、P物质、神经生长因子受体超家族成员、IL-31等在结节性痒疹中起到介导瘙痒的作用.局部糖皮质激索封包疗法、维生素D3、辣椒素等药物以及紫外线等是有效的治疗方法.口服沙利度胺、环孢素也可以改善皮肤状况和瘙痒.

| Abstract: | Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a chronic pmritic demmtosis of unknown etiology,characterized by finn,symmetrically localized hyperkeratotic pruritic papules and nodules.It may cause psychological problems due to intractable itching.It has been suggested that psychological factors are closely related to the development of PN,and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP),substance P,nerve growth factor receptor (NGFr) superfamily and interleukin-31 may mediate pruritus in PN.Topical application of corticosteroids (under occlusion),vitamin D3,capsaicin,as well as ultraviolet therapy have proven to be effective for me treatment of this disease.Oral thalidomide and cyclosporine can also improve both skin appearance and pruritus in PN. |
