牙冠延长术于残冠残根修复中的临床应用

目的观察3种不同治疗方法修复残冠残根的临床效果。方法选取患牙113颗,分别采用牙冠延长术、根牵引术和牙龈切除术完全显露断面,术后行桩核冠修复,通过术前、术后即刻、术后1个月、术后3个月和术后6个月复查时的龈沟深度、龈沟出血指数、牙齿松动度比较3种方法的修复效果。结果牙龈切除组预后较差,根牵引术组病例局限,治疗周期长,牙冠延长术组能提供一个快速、稳定的修复效果。三者之间差异有统计学意义。结论牙冠延长术是残冠残根修复的最佳术式。

Surgical crown lengthening on the residual crown and root in the clinical application of rehabilitation

Objective The clinical effect of three kinds of different treatment methods to restore the residual crown and root.Methods Selection trouble teeth 113,using surgical crown lengthening,root traction and gum surgery completely exposed section,the technique next pile crown repair,after the technique,technique instantly,technique one month,technique three months and technique six months reexamines sulcular depth、sulcus bleeding index、tooth mobility to compare 3 methods the repair effects.Results The gum surgery group prognois is bad,the root traction group case limits,the treatment cycle is long,the surgical crown lengthening group can provide fast,the stable repair effect.Three between have the significance difference.Conclusion The Surgical crown lengthening is the residual crown and root repair best technique type.
