摘    要:血管重塑与多种临床疾病有密切关系。尾加压素Ⅱ 是迄今为止在哺乳动物体内发现的最强的缩血管活性肽,参与了多种心血管疾病的病理生理过程,新近研究发现它在血管重塑过程中亦发挥着重要作用。

Abstract:Urotensin Ⅱ is one of the most potent vasoconstrictor known, even more potent than endothelin-1. It was first isolated from the fish urophyses and has been recognized as a hormone in the neurosecretory system of teleost fish for over 30years. After the identification of U-Ⅱ in humans and the orphan human G-protein-coupled receptor 14 ( GPR14 ) as U-Ⅱ receptor( UT), many studies have shown that U-Ⅱ may play an important role in cardiovascular regulation. The present review suggess that U-Ⅱ may also bring into full play in vascular remodeling. In the text, we reviewed the physiological and pathophysiological significance of U-Ⅱ in the vasculature, and focused on the correlation between U-Ⅱ and vascular remodeling.
