| 摘 要： | 报告腺性膀胱炎32例。均以膀胱刺激症状、血尿为主要表现，经膀胱镜及病检证实。3例行部分膀胱切除术。32例均行膀胱灌注MMC20mg加生理盐水40ml治疗，每周1次，6次为1疗程。随访6个月～3年，疗效良好，未见复发和癌变。认为该方法安全有效。

| Abstract: | Thirty two cases of cystitis glandularis were reported. The cardinal symptoms in allpatients were bladder irritation sign and hematuria. The diagnosis was confirmed by cystoscopic findingsand biopsy. Panical cystectomy had been undertaken in 3 cases. These operated patients and another 29cases were treated by intravesical instillation with 20rug Mitomycin -C (MMC ) in 4 ofal normal saline,once a week for 6 weeks. Follow-up period were 6 months to 2 years. Satisfactory results have beenachieved and no malignant changes have been found. We conclude that illtravesical instillation with lowerdose MMC is a safe effective therapeutic method for cystitis glandw larls. |
