| 摘 要： | 目的 总结腰椎Tlif手术在腰椎退行性狭窄及不稳治疗中应用价值。方法 应用腰椎Tlif手术治疗腰椎退行性狭窄及不稳 16例。结果 术后随访 3～ 12个月。所有肽网骨块复合体未见移位、松动。Tenor Ⅱ无滑脱、断裂等并发症。结论 该手术具有固定牢固、卧床时间短、融合率高等优点
