精神分裂症患者及其照顾者疾病管理经历的研究

目的：探讨缓解期精神分裂症患者、主要照顾者在日常生活中管理疾病的经历。方法：对21名缓解期精神分裂症患者以及14名主要照顾者进行个人深度访谈。结果 ：疾病自我管理的经历可归纳为4个主题：①药物的自我管理是基础;②症状的自我管理是关键;③维持日常生活及社会功能是目标;④利用资源以及支持是愿望。结论：精神分裂症患者在疾病的自我管理方面存在着诸多问题,护理人员应为患者及照顾者提供自我管理相关的知识和技能,从而促进患者的康复。

A qualitative study of self-management experience in people with schizophrenia and their caregivers

Objective： To explore the experience of self-management among people with schizophrenia and their caregivers.Methods： Individual interviews were conducted among 21 people with schizophrenia and 14 caregivers.Results： Four themes were concluded： medication management is the base of self-management;symptom management is critical in self-management;maintenance daily activity and social functioning is the aim of self-management;utilizing recourse and support is the expectation.Conclusion：Future researches should focus on providing self-management intervention programs for people with schizophrenia and their caregivers to improve their health.
