社区健康教育对原发性高血压患者的血压控制影响研究

目的:探讨社区健康教育对原发性高血压患者血压控制的影响。方法:将186例原发性高血压患者随机分成干预组和对照组,各98例,所有患者均接受药物治疗,其中干预组除接受药物治疗外还进行高血压防治的健康教育,对照组仅单纯接受药物治疗。观察并比较两组的血压水平和控制状况。结果:与对照组相比,干预组的复查率、控制率和治疗率均更高,两组间的差异都有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01)。两组的收缩压与舒张压均有不同程度的降低。与对照组相比,干预组的血压值更低,且两组间的差异也有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:社区健康教育可以有效提高患者对高血压病知晓率、治疗率、控制率,使血压保持在合理水平。

Study on the influence of community health education on blood pressure control in patient with hypertension

Objective：To study the influence of community health education on blood pressure control of hypertension patients. Methods：186 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients received drug treatment,besides the treatment group received the health education,while control group only received drug treatment alone. The blood pressure of two groups was observed and compared. Results：Compared to the control group,the review rate,control rates and treatment rate of experimental group were higher,the difference between the two groups are statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Systolic and diastolic pressure in both groups had different degrees of reduction. Compared with the control group,the blood pressure of experimental group was lower,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The community health education can improve the patients’ hypertension awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate,and making blood pressure remained at a reasonable level.
