细菌性食物中毒检测流程的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨细菌性食物中毒的检测流程,供细菌性食物中毒检测参考。方法:将采集到的38起食物中毒标本直接接种于不同的选择性平板,分离培养后,筛选优势菌(可疑菌落)进行直接鉴定;同时作选择性增菌、分离培养、鉴定。结果:38起食物中毒标本中33起检出致病菌,检出率为86.8%。结论:应用该检测流程可缩短检测时间,提高检出率。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the detection process of food poisoning cause d by bacteria and give a reference to detect the food poisoning caused by bacter ia.Methods:Samples collected from the cases of food poisoning we re inoculated into selective culture medium to isolate, filtrate dominant bacteria and identif y different pathogen directly, and at the same time the samples were treated wit h different bacteria multiplication liquid to isolate and identify different pat hogen.Results:38 cases of food poisoning were treated with the d etection proce ss to isolate and identify pathogen, 33 cases were isolated, the rate of detecti on is 86 8%.Conclusion:Applying the detection process can short en the period o f detecting, especially with obvious effect in increasing the rate of detection.
