蕲蛇药材高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱的研究

摘    要:目的:建立蕲蛇药材高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)指纹图谱。方法:以20mmol/L硼砂-0.2mol/L硼酸(pH8.4)作为背景电解质缓冲液,柱温25℃,运行电压19kV,245nm波长处检测,25min内完全分离。结果:建立的指纹图谱中共有7个共有峰,且方法学考察达到标准。结论:该方法具有良好的精密度和分离效果,可作为蕲蛇药材的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE)fingerprint of agkistrodon.Methods:It was separated in 25min with 20mmol/L borate- 0.2mol/L boric acid(pH8.4)as HPCE buffer,the run voltage was 19 KV,temperature 25℃ and the DAD detection was set at 245nm.Results:Fingerprint consisted of 7 common peaks.The validation of methods was satisfied with the standards.Conclusion:This method can be used for the quality control of Agkistrodon.
