低分子肝素治疗慢性肺源性心脏病

目的 探讨子肝素(LMWH)治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效和安全性。方法 98性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为LMWH组与对照组两组,对照组常规治疗,LMWH组在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素(法安明,Fragmin)5000 U皮下注射,2次／d,疗程7 d。结果 LMWH组与对照组总有效率分别为89.6％和74.0％,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);LMWH组治疗后全血比粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、血沉较治疗前有明显下降,P<0.05;而对照组,治疗前后相比,无显著差异,P>0.05。结论 低分子肝素能明显改善高凝状态,防治肺动脉血栓的形成,改善微循环并减少红细胞粘附,减轻和防止肺动脉高压的增加,改善心、肺功能。

Methods 98 cases of chronical pulmonary heart diseases were randomly divided into LWMH group and control group.All patients were treated with routine way. In LWMH group, all patients were hypodermically injected with 5000U of LWMH per day for 7days as a course. Results After treatment, the patients of LWMH group showed better curative effect and significantly decrease in total blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation and fibrinogen comparision with the patients in control group.
