摘    要:建立Ⅲ度烫伤动物模型,采用HE和甲苯胺蓝染色观察烫伤创面中肉芽组织、胶原纤维变化以及肥大细胞(MC)形态和数量的改变。以探讨肥大细胞在创面愈合中的作用及其可能机制。结果发现烫伤后MC存在不同程度的脱颗粒。烫伤后24h MC数量开始减少,3d后减至最低值;随后MC数量逐渐增加,至28d时增至最高值;以后MC数量再次下降。烫伤后3d,创面边缘和底部有少量肉芽组织生长,14d时,早期形成肉芽组织的区域可

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the safety of Lactacyd in local dermal and vaginal application. Methods We used acute dermal toxicity test, dermal irritation test, acute vaginal toxicity test, vaginal irritation test, and sensitization test. Results The acute dermal toxicity, dermal irritation, acute vaginal toxicity and sensitization of Lactacyd couldn''t be observed. The obvious irritation hadn''t be seen in low and middle dose, but inflammation, congestion, hemorrhage and ulceration could be found in vaginal mucous membrane in high dose in vaginal irritation test. Conclusion Lactacyd is safe for skin. However, it isn''t adequate for vagina at high dose.
