| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药朴实颗粒在食管、贲门癌术后早期肠内营养中应用的可行性及应用价值。方法100例食管癌、贲门癌患者随机分为两组。对照组术后24h内开始经十二指肠营养管滴注匀浆膳营养液。观察组于术后12h内开始经十二指肠营养管管饲朴实颗粒,管饲营养液同对照组。结果观察组恢复排气时间较短:48小时以内排气者39例,占总例数78%;72小时以内排气者50例,占总例数100%;对照组:48小时以内排气者13例,占总例数26%;72小时以内排气者39例,占总例数78%。72小时以上未排气者11例,占总例数22%。两组平均肛门排气时间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论术后早期肠内应用朴实颗粒简单、安全、效果好、副作用小、不增加费用,值得临床推广。
