| 摘 要： | 脑出血与瘀血、痰水、火热、毒邪密切相关。从痰瘀火毒论治脑出血 ,一要依据脑出血不同病理阶段所表现的瘀血、痰水、瘀热、毒邪的轻重不同 ,正确地选方用药 ;二是注意脑出血始终以气阴虚为本 ,痰瘀火毒为标 ,治疗应急则治其标 ,以提高急性期治疗效果

| Abstract: | Acute period of intracerebral hemorrhage is associated with Blood Stasis.According to pathological change in intracerebral hemorrhage,such as Phlegm,Blood Stasis,Pathogenic Fire and Toxin,proper treatment should be offered.In addition,the origin of intracerebral hemorrhage is Qi and Yin deficiency,while superficiality is Phlegm,Blood Stasis,Pathogenic Fire and Toxin.In order to improve the treatment of acute period,that treating symptoms is emergency cases. |
