复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,对照组给予维生素C、维生素B6、还原型谷胱甘肽钠、肝荣片等一般保肝药物治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷,共用3mo。结果:治疗组症状、体征改善率显著高于对照组(P<0·05),治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为87·5%、61·9%(P<0·05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷的临床疗效良好,具有较好的保肝、降酶作用。

Compound Glycyrrhizin for Chronic Hepatitis B:Observation of Clinical Efficacy

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B.METHODS:A total of 90 patients with Chronic Hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group and trial group:with control group treated with routine hepatic protective therapy(vitamin C,vitamin B6,reduced glutathione sodium and Inosine Tablets),and the trial group treated with compound glycyrrhizin plus the routine therapy as adopted in the control group for 3 months.RESULTS:The improvement in both symptoms and signs in the trial group were significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05),with the effective rates respectively at 87.5% and 61.9%(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin is satisfactory,and which plays an active role in hepatic protection and enzyme reduction.
