血压水平对急性缺血性脑卒中预后的影响

目的:探讨血压水平对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)神经功能缺损恢复的影响。方法:将160例(AIS)患者随机分A、B两组。A组予生脉注射液静滴,B组常规治疗。观察2组患者的血压变化,中脑卒中量表(CSS)评分和神经功能缺损症状加重病例数。结果:治疗后A组的平均血压明显高于B组(P<0.001),B组患者神经功能缺损加重例数多于A组。结论:在AIS急性期适量提高血压有益于神经功能缺损的康复,生脉注射液可缓解急性期后的血压下降。关于急性期提高血压与临床疗效之间的关系尚有待进一步研究。

The Effects of Blood Pressure Levels on Prognosis after Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To xplore the effects of blood pressure levels on neural function recovery in acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods: 160 cases of AIS patients were randomly divided into 2 groups(A and B).the patients in A group infused respectively with Shenmai injection.The patients in B group with treatment routine.The BP changes,Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS),and the number of worse cases in two group were observed.Results: The average BP levels of A group were signficantly higher than that of B group(p<0.001).the numbers of worse cases were much more in B group than that of A group.Conclusion: This study showed that improving BP is good for recovery the nervous function deterioration in the acute phase of AIS.SM should relax properly BP descent after acute phase.It is necessary to have further study on the relations between its clinical efficacy and raising BP in the acute phase.
