周剂量奈达铂化疗联合调强放疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌患者的疗效及血清IL-10水平变化

目的：探讨周剂量奈达铂化疗联合调强放疗（IMRT）治疗晚期鼻咽癌的疗效、安全性及对血清白介素-10（IL-10）水平的影响。方法入组45例晚期鼻咽癌患者均接受周剂量奈达铂化疗联合IMRT,治疗结束后评价近期疗效和毒副反应。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测患者治疗前后血清IL-10水平的变化,并分析治疗对血清IL-10水平的影响,并以同期健康志愿者作为对照。结果45例晚期鼻咽癌患者的均顺利完成治疗,均可评价疗效,有效率为86.67%,疾病控制率95.56%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、放射性食管炎,大多为轻度。晚期鼻咽癌患者血清IL-10水平明显高于健康志愿者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后1个月IL-10水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论周剂量奈达铂化疗联合IMRT治疗晚期鼻咽癌患者安全、有效；放化疗可降低患者血清IL-10水平, IL-10水平可用于疗效评估。

Efficacy of weekly dose nedaplatin combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy for patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma and changes of serum IL-10 levels after treatment

Objective To investigate efficacy and toxicities of weekly dose nedaplatin combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy （IMRT） for patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the changes of serum interleukin-10 （IL-10） levels after treatment. Methods All the 45 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated weekly dose nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with IMRT, the efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after the treatment. A double antibody sandwich ELISA assay was used to detect the serum IL-10 levels in the 45 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after the treatment, and the effect of the treatment on the serum IL-10 levels, and the healthy volunteers in the same period were analyzed as the controls. Results All the 45 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma could be evaluated, the response rate was 86.67%, the disease control rate was 95.56%. The main toxicities were mild bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions and radiation esophagitis. The serum IL-10 levels of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were higher than those of the healthy volunteers （P＆lt;0.05）. The serum IL-10 levels of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma before the treatment were higher than those after the treatment （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Weekly dose nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with IMRT is effective and safe for the patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the treatment can reduce the serum IL-10 levels, the serum IL-10 levels can be used to assess the efficacy.
