西比灵联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果观察

目的探讨西比灵联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果观察。方法随机抽取本院2010年5月至2011年6月共诊治的84例偏头痛患者的临床资料,将其随机分为两组,对照组与研究组各42例,其中对照组采用西比灵胶囊治疗,研究组西比灵联合头痛宁胶囊治疗。结果研究组患者经临床治疗后,有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组有效率76.19%,经临床统计学分析,有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论西比灵联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛患者,其临床疗效显著,无不良反应,安全有效,值得临床长期推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Sibelium joint Toutongning Capsule Treatment of Migraine Headache
