经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生402例分析

目的分析经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的402个案例。方法对我院2009年8月至2013年9月期间收治的402例良性前列腺增生患者接受经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗的案例进行回顾性分析,术后随访6个月并记录国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)和残余尿量(RUV)的变化。结果本组患者经尿道等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生均获成功,术中、术后无输血病例,无电切综合征发生。随访6个月,IPSS、QOL评分较术前明显降低,Qmax较术前明显增加,RUV也较术前明显降低。结论经尿道等离子电切术该术是一种安全、有效的微创手术方式,具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of 402 Cases of Transurethral BipolarPlasmakinetic Resection to Treat BenignProstatic Hyperplasia

Objectives To analyze 402 cases of transurethral bipolarplasmakinetic resection of prostate （PKRP） to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 402 cases of prostatic hyperplasia patients who received PKRP from Aug, 2009 to Sep, 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Follow-up visit was carried out and the changes of IPSS, QOL, Qmax and RUV were recorded. Results All the patients were treated successfully by PKRP. No blood transfusion occurred in or after the operations. No transurethral resection syndrome occurred. Follow-up visit results showed that the marks of IPSS and QOL were obviously lower than the preoperative ones. Qmax was obviously higher than the preoperative one. RUV was also obviously lower. Conclusions Transurethral plasma kinetic resection is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgery, which has advantages of a less trauma, less bleeding andquick postoperative recovery of the advantages. It is worthy of clinical application.
