二甲双胍治疗肥胖性2型糖尿病的临床分析

目的研究二甲双胍对肥胖性糖尿病治疗的临床分析。方法肥胖性2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为实验组和对照组各为50例。实验组给与二甲双胍500毫克/次,1天2次,同时早晚餐前注射人胰岛素,对照组早晚餐前注射人胰岛素。两组患者在治疗前和18周治疗后均检测空腹血糖(FPG),餐后2 h血糖(2hPG),血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C),糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及体指数(BMI)等相关指标。结果两组患者血清FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG、LDL-C水平与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05)。同时,实验组与对照组比较,患者血清TG、LDL-C和BMI均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍能明显改善肥胖2型糖尿病患者血脂水平和体质量指数。

Clinical Analysis of Metformin in Treatment of Obese Type 2 Diabetes

Objective Clinical analysis of metformin in treating type Ⅱ obese diabetes. Methods 100 patients were divided into two group randomly ： control group （50 patients） and experimental group （50 patients）. Experiment group were treated combine metformin（500mg each times, twice a day） and insulin human （object before breakfast and dinner）; Control groups were treated with insulin （object before breakfast and dinner）. Indexes like FPG, 2hPG, TC, TG, HDL-C, LCL-C, HbA1c, BMI were detected before and 18 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment ,index like FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, TG, LDL-C were declined significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, index like TG, LDL-C和BMI in experiment group were declined significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Blood lipid levels and BMI of type Ⅱ obese diabetes can be obviously improved by metformin.
