腰椎管狭窄的手术治疗

摘    要:目的探究腰椎管狭窄的手术治疗。方法选择2007年2月至2012年2月期间我院收治的40例腰椎管狭窄患者,给予后路椎管扩大减压术、椎弓根钉内固定术和椎体间植骨融合术联合治疗,观察临床疗效。结果术后随访6个月1年,40例患者中,总有效率为92.5%。其中优23例(占57.5%),良14例(占35%),中2例(占5%),差1例(占2.5%)。椎弓根内固定位置较佳,且无松动,X线片显示,椎体间植骨融合率为100%,无复发病例。结论后路椎管扩大减压术对治疗腰椎管狭窄减压彻底有效,同时,给予椎弓根钉内固定术和椎体间植骨融合术,有助于维持脊柱稳定性,保障减压的治疗效果,临床效果确切,预后质量好,值得临床应用和推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the operation treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods 40 cases of lumbar spine were treated in our hospital from the 2007 February to 2012 year in February, they were gived the posterior spinal canal decompression, pedicle screw internal fixation and lumbar interbody fusion combined treatment,clinical observation. Results Al the patients were fol owed up for 6 months-1 years, in 40 cases, the total efficiency of 92.5%were excel ent in 23 cases(57.5%), good in 14 cases (35%), 2 cases (5%), poor in 1 cases (2.5%).Pedicle screw fixation position bet er, and no loosening, X-ray film showed,interbody fusion rate was 100%, no recurrence. Conclusion Posterior spinal canal decompression for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosisdecompression effectively, at the same time, give the pedicle screw fixationand interbody fusion, helps to maintain the stability of the spine, securitydecompression treatment, clinical efficacy, prognosis is good quality, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
