某市三级甲等综合医院合同制护士婚姻质量的调查研究

目的分析合同制护士婚姻质量现状及影响因素，为护理管理工作提供参考。方法对某市三级甲等综合医院500名合同制护士进行婚姻质量问卷（ENRICH）调查。结果合同制护士婚姻质量中子女与婚姻得分高于常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；经济安排虽高于常模，但差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；其他因子分值均低于常模（P〈O．05）。结论合同制护士的婚姻现状不容乐观，护理管理者应对合同制护士的婚姻质量给予更多关注。提高合同制护士的待遇，争取家庭成员特别是配偶的社会支持，对促进护士身心健康，提升合同制护士的婚姻质量有着积极作用。

Investigation on the marital quality of contract nurses from a third-grade class-A comprehensive hospital.

Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of marital quality of contract nurses, and to provide reference for nursing management. Methods A questionnaire of the ENRICH marital quality was de- signed in 500 nurses from a third-grade class-A comprehensive hospital in a city. Results In quality of marriage, the marriage and children scored higher in contract nurses than the norm, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The economic arrangement was higher in contract nurses than the norm, but there was no statistically sig-nificant difference （P〉0.05）, Scores of other factors were all significantly lower in contract nurses than the norm （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The marital status of contract nurses is not optimistic. The managers should give more atten- tion to the quality of marriage of contract nurses. Improving the remuneration of contract nurses and enhancing social support from family members, especially the spouse, can help promote physical and mental health of nurses, and im- prove the quality of marriage of contract nurses.
