定量气雾剂+储雾罐吸入治疗婴幼儿感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

目的研究定量布地奈德和硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂+储雾罐吸入治疗婴幼儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效,为更有效治疗婴幼儿感染后咳嗽提供临床参考。方法 156例感染后咳嗽婴幼儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组各78例。全部患儿给予祛痰、抗过敏常规治疗外,治疗组佐以布地奈德、硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂+储物罐吸入,比较第3、5天两组之间的疗效。结果治疗组患儿咳嗽短时间内明显减少甚至消失。两组在治疗第3、5天治疗有效差异有统计学意义(χ2分别为45.9、47.6,P均<0.01)。结论用定量布地奈德、硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾刘+储雾罐吸入治疗婴幼儿感染后咳嗽,操作方便,依从性高,对改善婴幼儿感染后咳嗽的症状方面有一定优势。

The Efficacy of Quantitative Aerosol Plus Fog Storage Tank Inhalation Treatment Baby with Postinfections Chronic Cough

[Abstrace]Objective To evaluate the efficacy of quantitative aerosol of budesomide and salbutamol sulfate plus fog storage tank inhalation treatment baby with postinfections chronic cough,To provide clinical reference for more effective in the treatment of infantile postinfectious chronic cough. Methods Total 156 byby with postinfectious chronic cough, randomly divideinto treatment and control group, 78 children each. All patients were treated with expectorant, antil allergic, the treatment group received quantitative aerosol of budesonide and salbutamol sulfate plus fog storage tank inhalation treatment, the treatment efficacy was observed and compared between tow groups at 3,5 day after initial treatment. Results The cough reduced obviously or even disappeared in a short time in treatment group. The treatment efficacy were significantly different between treatment group and control group （χ2=45.9,χ2=47.6, P〈0.01）. Conclusions Quantitative aerosol of budesonide and salbutamol sulfate plus fog storage tank inhalation is easy to operate and high compliance. It is an effective treatment for children with postinfectious chromic cough.
