手术治疗与非手术治疗胆源性胰腺炎150例临床研究

目的探讨胆源性胰腺炎手术治疗与非手术治疗效果比较。方法收集2006～2009年收治的胆源性胰腺炎150例，分成手术治疗组和非手术治疗组，手术组和非手术组患者均采取禁食、胃肠减压、维持水电平衡、抑制胰腺分泌、控制感染、抗休克等综合治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果手术治疗组的并发症、复发率、死亡率明显低于非手术治疗组。结论胆源性胰腺炎手术治疗效果明显优于非手术治疗，在手术的时机把握和术式选择上要视患者具体情况而定。

Surgical Treatment and Non-surgical Treatment of 150 Cases of Gallstone Pancreatitis Study

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of gallstone pancreatitis and non-surgical treatment comparison. Methods From 2006 to 2009 were treated 150 eases of gallstone pancreatitis,divided into surgical treatment group and non-surgical treatment group,two groups of patients are to be fasting, gastrointestinal decompression,to maintain water balance,inhibit pancreatic secretion,control infection,anti-shock,TCM,and rhubarb,magnesium sulfate catharsis comprehensive treatment,compared two groups of treatment. Resuits Surgical complications in the treatment group,relapse rate,mortality rate was significantly lower than non-surgical treatment group. Conclusion Surgical treatment of gallstone pancreatitis is better than non-surgical treatment, timing of surgery and surgical patients depending on specific circumstances.
