三项生化指标在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值

目的探讨血清高敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、胱抑素C（Cys—C）和尿N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）等三项生化指标在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值。方法根据受检者尿清蛋白水平将72例2型糖尿病患者分为3组：正常蛋白组（NA）、微量蛋白尿组（MA）、大量蛋白尿组（LA），再选取31例健康人作为对照组，同时进行血清Hs—CRP、Cys—C、尿NAG、尿素氮（BuN）、血肌酐（Cr）5个项目的测定，并作对比分析。结果MA、CDN组血清hs—CRP、Cys—C和尿NAG与健康对照组相比明显增高，具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），正常组与健康组比较差异无统计学意义。结论血清hs—CRP、Cys—C和尿NAG在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中有较高的临床应用价值，可作为糖尿病肾病早期诊断的指标。

The Valuation of Three Biochemicals in Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To investigate the application value of hs-CRP,Cys-6 and urine NAG in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods According to the urinary albumin excretion rate,72 cases of type 2 diabetes were divided into 3 groups, including normal, micro amount and large amount groups,serum hs-CRP,Cys-C,urine NAG,BUN and Cr were parallelly detected and performed the comparative analysis in 72 cases of observation group and 31 cases of healthy control group. Results Compared with the healthy control group,the serum hs-CRP,Cys-c,urine NAG in MA and LA were significantly increased, and had statistical significance （P〈0.01） But the difference between normal group and healthy control group had no statistical significance. Conclusion Serum hs-CRP, Cys-c and urine NAG have higher value of clinical applications in the early diagnosis of diabetic ncphropathy, which can be used as early diagnostic marker of DN.
