| 摘 要： | 目的观察伤科接骨片对骨折愈合过程中血钙的影响。方法将40只实验用家兔随机分为伤科接骨片组和空白组，用10％水合氯醛3mL／kg静脉麻醉，于左前肢桡骨中段造成3～5mm骨折缺损模型，术后按组分别给予伤科接骨片和蒸馏水灌胃，术后第2、4、6周分别检测血Ca。结果伤科接骨片可调节血Ca水平，与空白组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论伤科接骨片能够加快血肿机化的吸收和骨痂形成速度，调节血Ca水平，加速钙盐沉积，对骨折的愈合和修复有明显的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Shangkejiegu Tablet on rabbits blood Ca level in fracture healing. Methods The fracture model was established by making 3 - 5mm defect in the middle of radius after the general anaesthesia by the C2H3Cl302 liquor of 10%,40 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups as follows：the Shangkejiegu tablet （SKJGT）group ,and the blank control group,which were given orally with SKJGT and distilled water respectively. The examination were made at 2,4,6 weeks after operation; blood Ca level were tested at 2,4,6 weeks aftdr operation. Results The examination were showed that SKJGT can adjust the blood Ca level （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion SKJGT can adjust the blood Ca level, This trail prove that the SKJGT can accelerate function in fracture healing and repairing （ P 〈 0.05 ）. |
