| 摘 要： | 目的观察沙美特罗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期的临床疗效。方法将2009年1月～2010年12月就诊于我院的100，例处于稳定期的COPD患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗（吸氧、止咳化痰），治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予沙美特罗（50μy/250μg）粉剂吸入治疗。结果治疗组肺功能指标优于对照组，住院次数低于对照组。结论沙美特罗能有效治疗稳定期COPD。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of salmeterol for treatment of stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Patients with of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase（n=100） from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment including given oxygen,dissipated phlegm and stoping cough. In addition to the routine therapy,the treatment group inhaled salmeterol （50μy/250μg）. Results The pulmonary function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and times of hos- pitalization of the treatment group was less than that of the control group. Conclusion Salmeterol is effective in treating stable COPD. |
