雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡97例临床研究

目的研究雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、果胶铋四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者的疗效。方法诊断明确的194例Hp阳性的患者随机分治疗组97例和对照组97例。治疗组采用雷贝拉唑20mg，qd，晨服；果胶铋150mg，tid，饭前40min服用，阿莫西林0．5g，bid，克拉霉素0．25g，bid；对照组采用果胶铋150rag，tid，阿莫西林0．5g，bid，克拉霉素0．25g，bid。治疗4周后进行胃镜和HP检查评价疗效。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93．81％和82．47％，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；HP根除率分别为94．85％和83。51％，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论雷贝拉唑四联疗法是治疗HP感染消化性溃疡更好的疗法。

Rabeprazole Quadruple Therapy for Peptic Ulcer: A Clinical Study of 97 Cases

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of rabeprazole based combination on peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods 194 peptic ulcer patients were ranclomly divided into two groups （ each 97 patients ） ： the control group received amoxicillin, colloidal bi,;muth pectin and clarithromycin and the treatment group was given rabeprazole in addition. Gastroscope and Hclicobacter pylori detection were carried out pretreatment and 4 weeks post-treatment to observe the treatment effect. Results The healing rate of ulcer in the treatment group and control group were 93.81% and 82.47% respectively, with significant statistical difference （P 〈 0.05 ）.The eradication rates of Helicobacter pylori were 94.85% and 83.51%, with statistical statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Rabeprazole quadrinity is the good choice for peptic ulcer.
