压疮的预防护理

目的：通过压疮预防护理降低压疮的发生率。方法：回顾分析2007年1月～2010年1月对我院300例运用Norton’s评分量表进行压疮危险因素量化评估，有效预防院内压疮发生。结果：运用Norton’s评分量表从对压疮发生的预测进行重点预防，及时、快速识别压疮发生的高危人群，积极采取有效手段加以控制，有效地预防了压疮的发生，提高了护理质量。结论：对住院患者实施预见性的护理与管理能有效预防院内压疮的发生。

Exchange of experience Preventive nursing of pressure ulcer

Objective：To reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer by preventative nursing. Methods： 300 patients with pressure ulcers,treated in our hospital,were evaluated the risk factors associated with the development of bedsores according to Norton＇s evaluation sheet＇ from Jna 2007 to Jna 2010. Preventative nursing is effective in preventing the incidence of pressure sores. Resuhs：Base on Norton＇s evaluation sheet ,we can predict and take precautionary measures of the patients with high risk of pressure ulce, then timely and rapidiy identify high risk group of pressure ulcer,which can improve the quality of nursing. Conclusion： Predictable nursing and management for inpatients can effectively decrease pressure ulcer incidence.
