血清AFP、CA125、CA199联合检测在原发性肝癌诊断中的临床意义

目的观察血清AFP、CA125、CA199在原发性肝癌中的表达情况及联合检测在诊断原发性肝癌中的临床意义。方法选择40例原发性肝癌、48例肝炎肝硬化患者作为观察对象，同时选择健康体检者32例为对照组。分析血清AFP、CA125、CA199联合检测诊断原发性肝癌的情况。结果肝炎肝硬化组、原发性肝癌组AFP、CA125、CA199分别与对照组相比，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01），且肝损害越重，各指标含量越高。AFP＋CA125＋CA199联合检测的阳性率为95％，明显高于任意指标单项检测阳性率，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论血清AFP、CA125、CA199联合检测诊断原发性肝癌阳性率高于单项检测的阳性率，且减少了漏诊率，值得推广。

Clinical Significance of Combination Detection of AFP and CA125,CA199 in Diagnosis of Primary Liver Cancer

Objective To observe the serum AFP,CA125,CA199 expression in primary liver cancer as well as joint detection and diagnosis of primary liver cancer in the clinical significance. Methods 40 cases of primary liver cancer,48 eases of liver cirrhosis as the observed object. While 32 cases were selected as healthy control group,compared the use of statistical methods of serum AFP, CA125,CA199 joint detection and diagnosis of primary liver cancer cases. Results hepatitis cirrhosis,primary liver cancer AFP, CA125, CA199,respectively, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）, and the more severe liver damage,the higher the content of each index. AFP＋CA125＋CA199 positive combined detection rate was 95%,significantly higher than the positive rate of any single indicator,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Serum AFP,CA125, CA199 positive joint detection and diagnosis of primary liver cancer detection rate in the single positive rate and improve the diagnosis rate of diagnosis PHC,reducing the rate of misdiagnosis,it is worth promoting.
