| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定蒙药麦冬-18味散中盐酸小檗碱的含量.方法：以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸（30：70）为流动相;检测波长为265nm;理论板数按盐酸小檗碱峰计算应不低于3000.结果：盐酸小檗碱在0.1034～0.5170mg范围内呈良好的线性关系.结论：方法重现性好,结果准确可靠.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in in Mongolia Medicine Maidong- 18 Powder. METHODS： The HPLC system consisted of C18 colum,acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 （30：70） as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength was set at 265nm. Theoretical Plate of berberine hydrochloride peak is at least 30000 RESULTS： The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.1034-0.5170mg. CONCLUSION： The method is accurate with good reproducibilityl. |
