微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定小儿至宝丸中二硫化二砷和硫化汞的含量

摘    要:目的:为了建立一种同时测定小儿至宝丸中二硫化二砷,硫化汞含量的方法.方法:采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱测定小儿至宝丸中总砷,总汞的含量,按照As与As2S2、Hg与HgS的分子量转换计算得出二硫化二砷和硫化汞的含量.结果:砷在2ng·mL-1~20ng·mL-1之间,汞在2ng·mL-1~10ng·mL-1之间有良好的线性关系.砷:I=38.1392C-12.1927,r=0.9997;汞:I=582.6286C+22.9838,r=0.9996.总砷的平均回收率为97.19%,RSD为1.67%;总汞的平均回收率为98.07%,RSD为2.55%.结论:本方法可作为小儿至宝丸质量控制的方法.

The Determination of arsenic and mercury in xiaoerzhibao pills by Microwave Digestion and Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the content determination of arsenic and mercury in xiaoerzhibao pills.Methods Microwave digested-Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy. Result The linear range of As was 2ng·mLl-20ng·mL^-1 (r=0.9997),The average recovery was 98.07% with RSD1.67%;The linear range of Hg was 2ng· mL^-1-10ng·mL^-1 (r=0.9996),The average recovery was 98.07% with RSD2.55%.Conclusion Fhe methods are stable and reliable and can be used in determination of arsenic and mercury in xiaoerzhibao pills.
