应用高压氧综合治疗颅脑损伤31例疗效观察

目的探讨应用高压氧（hyperbaric oxygen，HBO）综合治疗颅脑损伤的治疗效果。方法选择我院2009年1月-2010年1月收治的62例颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。两组术后均给予脱水、止血、止痛、抗感染、促醒及能量合剂等综合治疗。治疗组在综合治疗的基础上采用高压氧治疗。结果治疗组总有效率达90．3％，对照组总有效率达74．2％，治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗3个疗程后，两组的GCS评分均较治疗前显著提高，且治疗组GCS评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用高压氧综合治疗颅脑损伤疗效确切，值得广泛推广和应用。

Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment for Head Injury:A Report of 31 Cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO）in comprehensive treatment of traumatic brain injury. Methods In our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were treated 62 cases of brain injury patients as research subjects,according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups：treatment group and control group,31 patients in the control group and treatment group were using combination therapy：Patients were given dehydration,bleeding,pain,antibiotics,and awaking the comprehensive treatment of energy mixture. Treatment group on the basis of combined therapy using high-pressure oxygen（hyperbaric oxygen,HBO）treatment. Results The total effective rate was 90.3% in the control group,the total effective rate was 74.2%,total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 3 courses of treatment,the average GCS of both groups than was significantly increased compared with before treatment, and treatment group GCS score was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of traumatic brain injury with hyperbaric oxygen is effective, should be popularized and applied.
