提高病案管理者的综合素质

现代医院管理对病案管理者的综合素质提出了更高要求。本文分析当前影响病案管理者素质相关因素以及产生的原因,缺乏专业人员以及继续教育制度。另外,医院管理者对病案管理的重视程度不够。提出了通过相应的改进措施：包括提高对病案管理的重视和投入,调整人员结构,加强对病案管理人员的专业培养和继续教育等,提高病案管理人员的整体素质。

To Improve Comprehensive Quality of Medical Record Managers

Modern hospital management put forward higher requirements for the overall quality of medical records managers.This paper analyzes the relevant factors which affecting the quality of medical records managers,and the causes of it.The reason is the lack of professional personnel and continuing education system.In addition,hospital managers are not enough emphasis on medical records management.Corresponding improvement measures which are including improve medical records management attention and investment,adjust the personnel structure, and enhance the professionalism of the medical record management training and continuing education to improve the overall quality of medical record management.
