吸入用希地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特希他林治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的疗效评价

目的观察吸入用希地奈德混悬液（普米克令舒）联合硫酸特希他林（博利康尼）治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法175例哮喘患儿随机分为治疗A组（n=50）、治疗B组（n=75）和对照组（n=50）。3组均采用综合治疗，氨茶碱2—4mg／（kg·次）静滴，治疗A组加用普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗，用法为每次1rnl（合布地奈德0．5mg），加生理盐水至3ml，由空气压缩泵雾化吸入10～15min，每日3次，疗程5～7d，治疗B组，在治疗A组的基础上，加用博利康尼（0．25％特布他林5mg）剂量为每次O．15mg／kg，每次最多剂量为5mg，疗程5—7d，对3组疗效、以及症状、体征持续时间、治疗时间等进行对照评价。结果治疗B组治愈率明显提高，哮鸣音、咳嗽消失及治疗时间明显缩短，与治疗A组及对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论普米克令舒联合博利康尼治疗小儿哮喘急性发作，可缩短病程．提高治疗率，疗效确切．使用安全。

The curative effect evaluation of using Budesonide suspension for inhatation and Terbutaline sutfate on treating acute episode of asthma in children

Objective To study the curative effect of using Budesonide suspension for inhatation and Terbutaline suffate on treating acute episode of asthma in children. Methods 175 cases with asthma were divided into group A and group B and control group randomly. 3 groups got combined therapy by venous injection of aminophylline with a dose of 2 - 4 mg/（ kg · min）. Group A added Pulmicort Lingshu by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation with a dose of 0.5 mg every time for 10-15 minutes. 3 times per day and the course of treatment was 5 to 7 days. Group B added 0.25% Terbutaline with a dose of 0.15 mg/kg per time on the base of group A and the maximal dose was 5 mg per day. The course of treatment was 5 to 7 days. Some datas was evaluated by contrast, such as curative effect, duration of symptom and physical sign, length of stay. Results The cure rate of group B raised obviously. The time of therapy and disappearance of wheezing rale and cough shortened obviously. The difference had significance by comparing group B with group A and control group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It can shorten course of disease and raise cure rate to use Budesenide suspension for inhatation and Terbutaline sulfate on treating acute episode of asthma in children. The curative effect is certain and it is safty.
