健康中老年人血尿酸与血脂关系的研究

目的 :探讨中老年健康体检人群中血尿酸与血脂各成份之间的关系。方法 :分别测定肾功能与血脂各成份等生化指标 ,用统计学方法分析它们之间的关系。结果 :血尿酸与总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)之间存在显著的正相关 ,而与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)存在显著的负相关 ;高低血尿酸两组间的TC ,TG ,HDL C ,apoA1,apoB之间存在显著性差异 ,两组的血脂异常率分别为 33.5 %和 6 5 .1% ,存在显著性差异 ;高低TC两组间的血尿酸均值分别为 0 .392和 0 .35 6mmol/L ,血尿酸异常率分别为 36 .1%和 2 4 .3% ;高低TG两组的血尿酸均值分别为 0 .4 1和 0 .34mmol/L ,血尿酸异常率分别为 4 5 .8%和 16 .1% ,均存在显著性差异。结论 :在中老年人群中 ,血尿酸和血脂之间存在一定的关联 ,血尿酸和疾病之间的关系有待于进一步研究。

Study of the Relationship between Serum Uric Acid and Lipids Among Mid-aged Persons

Objective:To study the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) and the items of lipids among mid aged persons who accepted the regular physical examination.Methods:The biochemical items of renal function and serum lipids were detected and their relationship was analyzed.Results:Serum uric acid had significant positive correlation with total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride (TG),apolipoprotein B(apoB),and significant negative correlation with high density lipoprotein(HDL C),apolipoprotein A 1(apoA 1).The TC,TG,HDL C,apoB,apoA 1 had notable difference between high and low serum uric acid levels,and the serum lipids' ratio of abnormality were 65.1% and 33.5% respectively in the two groups with notable difference.The mean levels of serum uric acid in high TC group and low TC group were 0.392 and 0.356 mmol/L,the serum uric acid's ratio of abnormality were 36.1% and 24.3% in the two groups.As to TG, the mean of serum uric acid were 0.41 and 0.34 mmol/L,the ratio were 45.8% and 16.1%,respectively in high group and low group.Conclusion:In mid aged persons,there is definite relationship between serum uric acid and lipids, as to the relationship between serum uric acid and diseases, it deserves a further research.
