脑脂平治疗高脂血症的临床观察

为探讨中医药对高脂血症患者的治疗效果， 用活血逐瘀、行气化浊的中药（ 大黄、水蛭、牛蒡子）制成脑脂平口服液， 治疗高脂血症血瘀痰浊证患者８８ 例， 并以丹田降脂丸作对照（５１ 例） 。两组治疗前血脂和中医证候均有可比性（ 均Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５）。治疗１ 个月后， 两组的血浆胆固醇（ＴＣ） 、甘油三酯（ＴＧ） 均有改善（ 治疗前后比较Ｐ＜ ０．０１） ， 治疗组的血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－ Ｃ） 比治疗前也有所提高（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ； 两组对比， 治疗组的血浆ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ－ Ｃ改善情况均比对照组好（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５） 。治疗后两组中医证候也均有改善（ 治疗前后比较Ｐ＜０ ．０１） ， 两组证候积分的组间比较差异有显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。说明中医活血逐瘀、行气化浊可改善高脂血症血瘀痰浊证候患者的血脂水平和临床症状； 本观察结果还显示脑脂平口服液比丹田降脂丸略优， 并且两药在观察期间未发现明显毒副作用

A Clinical Observation of Naozhi Ping Oral Liquid for Hyperlipemia

To explore the therapeutic effects of herbal medicines with the actions of activating blood circulation to removing blood stasis and promoting Qi circulation to remove turbid pathogenic factor, 88 cases of hyperlipemia with blood-stasis and phlegm syndrome were treated with Naozhi Ping Oral Liquid(NPOL) and 51 with Dantian Jiangzhi Wan (DJW) served as control. After one-month treatment, plasma cholesterol and triglyceride were decreased (P< 0.01 ) in both groups, blood high density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased in NPOL group (P< 0.05 ),and the effects on TC, TG and HDL-C were better in NPOL group than that in the control group (P< 0.05 ). Clinical symptoms were improved in the two groups (P< 0.01 ) and the differences of scoring of syndromes between the two groups were significant (P< 0.05 ).It is concluded that herbal medicines with the above actions can improve the content of blood lipid and clinical symptoms in the cases of hyperlipemia with blood-stasis and phlegm syndrome, and the effect of NPOL is better than DJW. No toxic and side effects were found.
