不同体位麻醉对纤维支气管镜检查的麻醉效果对比

目的探讨纤维支气管镜检查时患者卧位和坐位两种不同体位麻醉的效果,以便手术顺利进行。方法将2010年6月至2011年6月来我院就诊的200例需要进行纤维支气管镜检查的患者,随机分为A组和B组,A组采用经卧位将利多卡因麻醉药喷入咽喉部,B组采用坐位将利多卡因喷入咽喉部,比较患者检查时的耐受度。结果 A组与对B组的不适反应比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论两种不同体位麻醉各有优缺点,注意麻醉药喷入方法的正确性及麻醉时间可以不同程度地减轻患者的不适感,使纤维支气管镜检查顺利完成。

Compare Effect of Two Different Body Position of Anesthesia Methods on the Patient with Bronchofiberscope

Objective To evaluate two different body position of o anesthesia Methods on the patient with bronchofiberscope.Methods 200 patients who needed bronchofiberscope were randomly divided into A an B groups.The A group were injected lidocaine into throat by sitting,but B group were injected lidocaine into throat by lying supine,intubation in patients compared of tolerance.Results Observed the two group the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia have two different ways the advantages and disadvantages should be noted that local anesthetic injected into the correctness and time could be different levels of local anesthetic after the reduction surgery in patients with discomfort,improve the Success rate of intubation.
