| 摘 要： | CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞因其独特的免疫抑制功能而备受关注，在诱导和维持移植免疫耐受方面具有重要的作用。肝脏具有移植免疫特性．但肝移植术后如何避免排斥反应、诱导免疫耐受、提高存活率这一问题仍尚未解决。CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞在肝移植免疫耐受中具有重要的作用。本文即从CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞入手，对其在肝移植排斥反应与免疫耐受中的作用加以综述。

| Abstract: | CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells have attracted much attention because of their unique immunosuppressive,and play an important role in the induction and maintenance of transplant tolerance.Although its transplantation immunity characteristics,the problem of how to avoid liver transplantation rejection,induce immune tolerance and improve survival rate still unresolved.CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells have an important role in the immune tolerance of liver transplantation.In this review,we discuss CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells,and its rejected reaction and immune tolerance in liver transplantation. |
