脐尿管病变的CT诊断

目的：探讨脐尿管病变的CT表现，提高对该病的认识。方法：6例脐尿管病变患者经CT扫描诊断并手术病理确诊。结果：6例中2例脐尿管囊肿，1例脐尿管囊肿并感染，2例脐尿管瘘并感染，1例脐尿管癌。CT表现为下腹壁近中线部位（脐与膀胱之间）的囊性或囊实性占位。结论：通过CT平扫加增强扫描能明确病变的部位、形态、范围、密度及邻近关系，并可做出定性诊断。
